Follow The Rules
- Seats are normally reserved by a payment of Rs.5000/- per head. Full and final payment has to be deposited before 15 days from the date of journey.
- If the due payment is not paid within 15 days from the date of journey, then the Dreamline Holidayz Tours and Travels has full authority to cancel the seats.
- In case train fare increase, the difference money has to be paid by the passengers.
- Rooms will be allotted on twin sharing besis or family wise.
- Dreamline Holidays shall not responsible for any kind of loss or damage of the life/property of the tourist caused by the accident/theft/robbery during the tour.
- We are not responsible to refund or to compensate any money if the tour or any part of tour cancelled due to political insurgency, natural calamity, and cancellation of the train or situation beyond our any reason whatsoever. However in any circumstances if the tour is extended for any exigencies, the extra cost thereof will have to borne by the passengers.
- Any program cancelled by the company, full money will be refunded.
- To operate the tour successfully for the interest of the tourist the Tour Manager may change the programme. Decision of the Tour Manager is final & tourist to abide the same during the tour.
- Dreamline Holidays has right to change the journey date if needed.
- Company will fully depends on railway reservation system. Passengers are requested to take their respected seats which are allotted by the railway authority.
- Passengers should carry their ID proof (EPIC CARD /AADHAR CARD/DRIVING LICENCE etc) during train journey.
- Agreed package cost may increase in case of fuel cost of Transportation increase after booking.
- Special Discount for groups.
Inclusion / Exclusion
COST INCLUDES:
- Accommodation on Double / Triple Sharing Basis.
- Deluxe Accommodation
- Meal Plan : MAP (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- Vehicle – Exclusive Private vehicle
- All permit fees & hotel taxes (as per itinerary).
COST EXCLUDES:
- Air Fare / Train fare.
- Any other meals not mentioned in the inclusions.
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity. Mineral /soft / hard drinks, rafting, joy ride, Pony Ride, Cable Car.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Room Heater, Local Cab fare, Guide charges & Entrance Fees.
- River cruise, Traditional Dance & Elephant or Jeep Safari.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (to be borne by the client, who is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Travel Insurances.
- Anything which is not include in the inclusion.
Cancellation Rules
Rs.250.00 Per Head
Rs.10% of the total cost.
Rs. 20% of the total cost.
Rs. 40% of the total cost.
Rs. 70% of the total cost.
No Refund
- Cancellation will be acted upon only when the Advanced / Final Voucher are surrendered at our office for cancellation.
- DREAMLINE HOLIDAYZ TOURS AND TRAVELS will not be liable if such Advanced / Final Voucher is not delivered in time. [Xerox is not acceptable under any circumstances]
- No cancellation charge, would be levied if the Particular Tour is cancelled by us
- No claim for any refund will be entertained when the passenger doesn’t arrive at the station before departure of the train.
- If a passenger cannot come to the station at the scheduled time and catch the train. In such cases, passengers may join next or subsequent station at their own cost.
